By accessing or using Kahani Cut (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.

Content & licence

All series, episodes, artwork and trademarks on the Service are owned by Kahani Cut or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for private, non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, download (outside in-app offline features), re-upload, redistribute or publicly perform any content.

Coins, purchases & subscriptions

Some episodes may require coins or a subscription. Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your app store account. Refunds are handled per the policies of Google Play or the App Store, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — including scraping, circumventing access controls, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Submissions

If you send us story ideas or scripts, you confirm you have the right to do so. We may be developing similar ideas independently, and receipt of a submission does not create any obligation unless agreed in a signed agreement.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kahani Cut is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
